The Institute, along with its associates, primarily performs the following registered activities:

Legal consulting in the broad field of public law, including preparing legal opinions, studies, and analyses, as well as drafting documents and various applications in administrative and legal procedures;
Managing complex projects for clients;
Consulting on the removal of various administrative barriers;
Advising various organizations in preparing operational and development strategies and policies;
Preparing expert bases for decision-making and planning of public policies for various organizations;
Business consulting related to the implementation of activities such as obtaining key information and advising on corporate operations and corporate affairs (identifying potential clients, information exchange, organizing meetings with target audiences to assess their positions);
Consulting, preparing, and reviewing documentation in the fields of various public policies and areas of public law;
Advocacy and informing the public about the development of public law and public policies;
Other forms of consulting related to different areas public law and policies.

We provide comprehensive consulting to stakeholders who create or (need to) apply public law and policies, such as public sector organizations (state and municipal bodies, public agencies, institutes, and funds) as well as private sector entities (companies and non-governmental organizations). We provide comprehensive solutions to specific public law challenges.

The operation of the Public Law and Policy Institute covers all areas of public law, except for criminal law.

We work closely with the academic community and transfer this knowledge into practice. All our partners lecture at universities (both domestically and internationally) and are authors of scientific and professional monographs, legal commentaries, and articles in the field of public law and public policies, with extensive experience in both domestic and international practice.

Each case we take on is handled by a team, as this is the only way to examine the case from all possible legal, strategic, and economic perspectives. Consequently, we provide clients with unique and first-class support in resolving legal issues.
